The semi-automatic vertical pallet wrapper is designed for efficient wrapping of pallets with stretch film. It is ideal for operations requiring secure and economical packaging of palletized goods while maintaining flexibility and user-friendly operation.
The robust steel structure ensures durability and supports loads up to 3,000 kg. The 2,400 mm diameter turntable with anti-slip coating enables stable and precise rotation during the wrapping process. The steel column allows wrapping pallets up to 2,000 mm high.
The FM trolley with mechanical brake enables film tension adjustment, while the optional pre-stretch system reduces film consumption and ensures tight and compact wrapping. The touch screen control panel with integrated PLC system allows programming of up to 98 individual wrapping cycles for various needs.
The machine complies with safety requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC, featuring emergency stop buttons and protective fences.
