Onboarding: 1. 8. 2025 full time, Ligna Hannover 2025 served as an entry interview and started introducing me to new suppliers and clients.
What I'm in charge of: As a sales representative at Legdan, I'm in charge of consulting with clients about their requirements and offering the best possible solution.
My work history and company philosophy: I have many years of experience in the carpentry industry and I was very attracted to CNC technologies even in high school. During my studies, I planned how I would like to further develop, educate and gain experience. The first stage of my life began immediately after graduating from my studies by traveling abroad, specifically to New Zealand, to learn a foreign language better, get to know a different culture and environment. During my stay in NZ, I managed to get a job in a carpentry workshop and work on CNC machines. After returning to the Czech Republic, I knew that I wanted to stay with CNC technologies, so I got a job as a CNC milling center operator. I gradually gained experience with various CNC machines and physically operated these machines, performed maintenance and basic service for a total of 14 years. For the last 3 years, I worked as a project manager, but I was still responsible for the smooth operation of our machine park.
Then I received an offer from Michal, whom I have known since my return to the Czech Republic. He built a company on quality service, which is essential for carpentry production, and the portfolio of the LEGDAN company contains only top-notch technologies, so I did not hesitate, accepted the offer and I am mainly looking forward to challenging projects that will help carpentry companies in their transformation towards digitalization and automation of production. I would like to participate in projects that will not only solve the mere exchange of technology, but will solve production and processes conceptually.
What I do after work: If you have a family house, I probably don't need to explain to you how much time, energy and investment such a hobby requires.😀 However, as a family we really like to go out into nature, whether by bike or on foot. We have a dog who always likes to remind us that it's been a while since we went out and that we need to get some "air". My favorite sports are badminton and table tennis.
